Deed: land sale to James Ingels, 26 Jul 1790, , Bourbon, Kentucky, USA. 13 Bourbon County, Ky., Deed Book B, page 88-89
George Berry and wife, Sarah, sell land to James Ingels. [This land may be part or all of George's purchase of 1788 from Grant. The size of the tract is not specified. George paid tax on 200 acres in 1789, but was not taxed on land in 1790.]

In the 1795 tax lists for Clark Co., we find George Berry. Also in 1795 tax lists we find George Berry Sr and Jr in Mason County. This indicates that George Berry of Bourbon/Clark counties is not the same as either of the George Berrys in Mason County. This comparison can not be done for 1790 because the film for Mason Co. is very bad.
